Definitions

Service: The offering provided by Mailviews, consisting of access to HTML email templates and the HTML email components library.
User / You: Any individual or entity that visits or purchases services from Mailviews.
Template: A pre-designed set of HTML email layouts available for purchase and use.
Component: Individual HTML email blocks that can be used to build custom email designs.
Content: Templates, Components, images, documentation, and other materials made available via Mailviews.
License: The access rights granted to you for use of the Service.
Paddle: The payment processor we use to manage payments and invoicing.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Account and Registration

Purchasing a Personal or Team License, or a Template, grants a User access to the Service through an account.

We automatically create your account using the email address you provide in the checkout page. You are responsible for the security of your account.

Products

Mailviews provides digital products (the "Product") such as HTML email templates ("Templates") and components ("Components").

The Product is delivered digitally after purchase, either via direct download links on product pages or by copying the code from the Website.

License

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Product.

1. License Types

Personal License

A Personal License grants one individual (the Licensee) the right to use the Mailviews Products under the terms below.

Team License

A Team License grants up to 20 employees or contractors of a single organization the right to use the Products under these terms.

2. Definitions

Products: the templates, email components, design assets, documentation, and other assets that are part of the Service.
End Product: any product, project, email campaign, or similar artifact that incorporates the Products or derivatives thereof.
End User: someone who uses or views an End Product.
Client: an individual or entity for whom the Licensee is building an End Product under a contract or commission.

3. What You Can Do

Under either license, you may:

Use the Products in unlimited End Products, both for yourself and for Clients.
Modify, adapt, or combine the Products or derivatives to meet your needs.
Sell or distribute End Products that include the Products (or modified versions), including to End Users.
Create End Products that are either commercial or for open source / free usage (if that fits your own business model).

4. What You Can’t Do

You may not:

Redistribute the original Products or derivatives separately from an End Product (e.g. as standalone template files or components for others to reuse).
Use the Products to build or enable a product whose core function is to let others build or customize their own End Products (e.g. a template-builder service or UI kit product).
Share your license access with others who are not covered under the license type (e.g. letting others download or use the Products outside your organization or license).
Use the Products in ways that, in Mailviews’ sole discretion, compete with Mailviews’ business.

5. Termination & Enforcement

Violating any of these terms causes your license rights to terminate automatically.

Mailviews may disable access, refuse future support, or take legal action for breaches.

In cases of blatant misuse (e.g. mass redistribution), Mailviews may refuse refunds.

6. Governing Law

These License terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Refunds

If you are unhappy with your purchase, contact support@mailviews.com within 14 days of your purchase and we'll issue you a refund, no questions asked.

Disclaimer & Liability

Mailviews is a self-serve product, which means Users are expected to have the level of expertise in order to successfully use the Product.

We are not liable for any damages arising from their use, Mailviews’ liability is limited to a refund of the purchase price of the relevant license only.
